15KW Perkins Genset Undermount Reefer Underslung Generator Set

Generator set is designed for mounting to the upper front structure of an ISO reefer container. The design incorporates quick connections to the upper container corner castings. Additional attaching points on the container vertical structural members provide a secure mounting arrangement.

Underslung type generator for Reefer Container

The underslung type genset used for reefer container, we have adopt famous engine model 404D-22G with PMG IP55 alternator to guarantee its high quality, and the big capacity fuel tank can support the genset long time running. The four point undermount installation system is for easier to connect to the bottom of the trailer, it can be mounted to different size of the trailer, and we adopts is Permanent magnet alternator, which is IP55, efficiency 95%, which can help customer save fuel consumption 12-15% than normal generators. Our fuel tank is all around weld. The welding technic is complict. The labor work is very high for this welding work. And we insist on the high quality production.
